Arada Property Developer Launches Its First Project In Dubai
At Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), Arada property developer, a Sharjah master developer, has started building its first property in Dubai. Townhouses and villas there range in price from Dh3.5 million to Dh30 million. Sales have started as Arada looks to markets outside of Sharjah to prepare for its following stage of development.
A High-End Building By Arada
Arada Property developer had acquired a plot on the Palm Jumeirah for a high-end building earlier this year, so there was a bit of a surprise. The project was postponed to the first quarter of 2023 from the original date of the initial launch.
Jouri Hills Project
There will be 294 stand-alone villas in the “Jouri Hills” project by Arada Property developer in Jumeirah Golf Estates, which are highly sought-after in Dubai. The developer anticipates making Dh2 billion in revenue from the project, which construction is expected to start in the middle of next year. The target completion date is the middle of 2025.
Outside of Sharjah
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, stated that For Jouri Hills, they bought 2.3 million square feet as part of the JGE enlargement. Dubai would be their first market outside of Sharjah, as they have always been quite clear about it.
They saw JGE as a developed area that would be a perfect setting for ultra-luxury residences thanks to its two professional golf courses and other characteristics. They are only a few months behind schedule on their Palm project, which will also bring in Dh2 billion in revenue.
The 40 million square foot Jumeirah Golf Estates complex contains several residential clusters and is already well-established. A super-premium property was recently revealed in Dubai by Signature Developers as the city continues to attract wealthy visitors from both inside and outside the nation.
Lining up Saudi Arabia
Arada property developer will concentrate on opportunities in Saudi Arabia and “in foreign markets” when its aspirations for Dubai are accomplished. They will confirm where it would be by early- to mid-next year, the CEO promised.
Aljada, Nasma, and Masaar are their three well-established developments in Sharjah. Since its establishment, they have increased sales by 30% annually while holding a 70% of the emirate’s off-plan area.
They say that this positions them well for development in other areas. They are confident in their ability to finance this, and they will continue to pay careful attention to how demand changes throughout future market cycles.
